Maria shows up in some census records as "Minnie". Also let it be noted in census records she also had Julia's son from her first marriage living with her, Walter. Walter is also listed as Walter Henderson. I have not been able to confirm an actual documented adoption that Stanley Henderson adopted him, but he did take the name, but he apparently did not live with the immediate family, rather, his grandmother. She is buried in North Shore Garden of Memories in Waukegan, Illinois. Maria's immediate cause of death is listed as "acute cardiac dilatation". And Philip's immediate cause of death is listed as "pneumonia".
A side from this, I found that Maria's parents were Ole Johnson ( Feb 15th, 1815-April 6th, 1914) and Margaretta Wildman (Feb 17th, 1835-Feb 23rd, 1877).
Maria and George had the following children:
Margaret Mable (Nov 1889-1966)
Oliver Phillip (Jan 25th, 1891-July 221947)
Herbert Lee (May 9th, 1894-Feb 1976)
Esther Suzanne (Aug 9th, 1896-May 1979)
Julia Myrtle (April 6th, 1899-April 28th 1943)
Cora A (Born in 1902)
Lucille B (Born in 1908)
